Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Europe (including the United Kingdom)

  • Oceania (for example, Australia and New Zealand)

Availability may vary by country and shipping method.


Free shipping threshold

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more before taxes and after discounts.
This offer applies to eligible addresses in Canada, the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Oceania.


Shipping rates and delivery times

  • Orders under $200:
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected service.

  • Processing time:
    1 to 3 business days for packing and handoff to the carrier.

  • Estimated transit times after shipment:

    • Canada: typically 2 to 8 business days, depending on location.

    • United States: typically 4 to 12 business days, plus any time required for customs clearance.

    • Europe & United Kingdom: typically 6 to 15 business days, plus any time required for customs clearance.

    • Oceania (e.g., Australia, New Zealand): typically 8 to 20 business days, plus any time required for customs clearance.

These timelines are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and remote area delivery.


Inventory and availability confirmation

All products shown online are available to order, but final inventory verification is done internally after you checkout. We will contact you if an item cannot be confirmed. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a comparable replacement or alternative solution. If an agreement cannot be reached, a full refund for the unavailable item will be issued to your original payment method.


Order confirmation, tracking, and status

  • You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will follow once your order is on the way.

  • If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them together or in separate parcels. You will receive tracking for each parcel as applicable.


Address changes and delivery issues

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes are limited and may require a carrier intercept fee.

If a package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Wait 24 hours, and

  2. Check with household members, neighbors, and around your property.

After that, contact us and your carrier so we can assist with a trace.


Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped across borders (including to the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Oceania) may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees charged by customs.

These charges:

  • Are the responsibility of the recipient, and

  • Are not collected by Salty DNA at checkout.

Please check your local customs rules if you’re unsure what may apply.


Refused or unclaimed packages

Packages that are refused or unclaimed may be returned to us by the carrier. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the merchandise price minus any return shipping or carrier fees, if applicable.


Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, so we can make it right.
