When is Black Week vs. Black Friday/Cyber Monday?
Black Week: Mon, Nov 24, 12:00 AM → Thu, Nov 27, 11:59 PM (Halifax time / AT).
Black Friday → Cyber Monday: Fri, Nov 28, 12:00 AM → Mon, Dec 1, 11:59 PM (Halifax time / AT).
What are the discounts?
Black Week (Mon–Thu): 15% off sitewide (online & in store).
Black Friday → Cyber Monday (Fri–Mon): 25% off all products (online & in store).
Clearance: up to 50% off while stock lasts.
Are bundles available—and do discounts stack?
Yes. Bundles are available during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and bundle pricing stacks with event discounts (15% week or 25% Fri–Mon).
You can also stack WELCOMESALTY25 for an extra 10% off (one code per order, while active).
Online: enter the code at checkout.
In store: show the code at the register.
Does the sale apply in store?
Yes—the same discounts apply online and in store (Halifax time).

No—Black Week and Black Friday/Cyber Monday prices apply automatically. Use WELCOMESALTY25 only if you want the extra 10%.
Is stock limited?
Yes. First-come, first-served. Adding to cart doesn't reserve items—checkout to secure yours.
Will there be restocks?
Not guaranteed during the event. If it's gone, it may be gone.
What's your returns policy?
Standard 30-day returns (no extended period). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Do you offer a student discount?
No—student discounts aren't available during Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
Can I change or cancel an order?
We move fast. Edits/cancellations aren't guaranteed once an order is placed. Please double-check size, address, and items before paying.
Do prices change after I order?
Prices can change during the event. We don't apply price adjustments to previous orders.
Where do you ship?
Across Canada. Free shipping on orders $200+ (after discounts, before tax). You'll receive tracking when your order ships.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed quickly during the event. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
How do I pick a size?
Our fits are classic and true-to-size. If you're between sizes or layering a hoodie, consider sizing up.
